Day to day the role involves spending 90% of the time on the phone handling calls from our service uses, their family members or healthcare professionals and acting as the first point of contact for any queries or orders. Our working environment is very fast paced and on average the post holder will be making or receiving 80 calls a day. We have a range of working hours available (Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday) and are open to part time candidates.
