A healthy heart is not just for Valentines Day! Recently, we hosted a Toolbox Talk as a part of our Procure Partnership Collaborative Social Value Group initiative focusing on the importance of promoting healthy hearts in the older generation. The main goal of this session was to emphasise the importance of encouraging a long-term commitment to living a healthy lifestyle. Our amazing team actively participated in this interactive discussion and gained valuable insights on how to make positive changes in their lives. Here’s what they learned: ❤️ What the main risks are associated with heart attacks and how to prevent these from happening. ❤️ What to do in case of an emergency on and off site. ❤️ How to spot the signs to save a life. ❤️ How to perform CPR and use a defibrillator.
