Feel free to correct your therapist and/or give feedback if something isn't working! ✨ Therapy can be emotionally draining at times. That's why self-care is so important. ✨ It might take a while for you to see the benefits – most of the work happens between sessions when you apply what you've learned to everyday life. ✨ You probably won't have a ginormous breakthrough every session. ✨ You might have to 'shop around' and meet with several different therapists before finding the right one for you.
