Reflections after an inspiring day at #BreezyDevConf: Kudos to the organizers from Mirka and Atea – Mathias Rönnlund, Hanna Wallin, Emilia Grönholm, Helena Aspfors, Annika Yli-Jaskari & al. – for orchestrating a fantastic event! Adding the BeyondCode track this year was a brilliant move 🎉 Highlights for me included: 💎 Tim Wallin's leadership lessons from his time at the helm of Gambit 💎 my colleague Joachim Majors eye-opening talk on UX myths and realities 💛 💎 Andreas Björk's closing thoughts on the critical role of customer processes for successful development. Key takeaways: • Building teams on shared values • Communicating clear purpose • Conducting thorough user research • Mapping customer processes • Prioritizing end-to-end flow These concepts sound so simple (self-evident, right?), but they're surprisingly challenging to implement in practice...
