What does it detect and what does it it correct The laser measures more than 10 points in the casting. Identifies different in gate positions Corrects and selects right program for each part with differences Eliminates accidents Eliminates operator error Each component can have Four preset Programs maximum As we move forward, we are expanding into more advanced machines to offer more specific grinding needs. The challenge here is to still offer the machine at a competitive price to prove low fettling cost per kilogram of casting weight.
