Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. They will identify trends and patterns, develop, and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. They will gather and prioritize data requirements and help meet business group’s data requests.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
Good to have: A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)) is a plus.
Experience: At least three years of proven experience as a Data Analyst(#Dataanalyst), Business Data Analyst, or Business Analyst(#businessanalyst).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., #SQL, #Excel, #R, #Python (Preferred).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., #Tableau, #PowerBI).
Strong knowledge of databases and data warehousing.

Problem-Solving Skills.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and operations, with the ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
Technical Documentation: Experience in creating detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and data models.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with key business partners.
