September is National Self Care Awareness month, and with the change in seasons bringing a renewed energy, here are some ways to practice self care this Autumn: 1) Express your creativity with pumpkins. From jack-o-lanterns to pumpkin pies, take advantage of the season to exercise your imagination 2) As the weather turns chilly, embrace that warm, cozy feeling in your life. Whether it's curling up in your favorite fuzzy slippers and pajamas, or enjoying a hot apple cider, find time to seek and enjoy comfort and relaxation 3) Make time to enjoy the seasonal changes. Autumn's changing colors and typical cool weather  make for a great opportunity to explore outside. Find a short hiking trail or park nearby to observe the leaves changing, or visit a local garden center to bring some seasonal plants to your home or workspace #MIWRadio #MentoringInspiringWomen
