As #aec firms continue to seek out new markets and services for organic growth, there is a huge opportunity for the ai-enabled services business. I think there will be some great opportunities to acquire #ai companies focused on #aec that aren’t quite delivering venture growth but are delivering venture margins. This opportunity will only exist for #aec firms that first understand scaling their go-to-market beyond responding to RFPs and “relationship” business development. The right foundation of culture needs to be in place.
