MLL spirit combined with beautiful summer weather resulted in two great summer parties in Geneva and Zurich, which were attended by many team members from Baar, Geneva, Lausanne, London and Zurich. A great atmosphere, good music, a selection of colourful drinks and excellent food - just the right mix for two unforgettable summer evenings in our company. #mlllegal #event #team #employees

President & CEO at Bliss Corporation - The Global Mobility Experts - GMS-T®, MIM Plus®, IAM Trusted Mover®, IATA LAR®
🚀 Bliss Corporation: Pushing the Limits at Every Event! 🌟 The lights of Las Vegas have just dimmed after our extraordinary experiences at the Global Exclusive Movers' Networks LLC, PAIMA - Pan American International Movers Association, and International Association of Movers conventions, as well as the exclusive EUROMOVERS Worldwide Alliance SCE mbH, Asian relocation association, and Harmony Relocation Network events. While we read all the wonderful posts of gratitude and celebration, here at Bliss Corporation we’re reflecting on what truly turns these moments into lasting success. Over 1,850 professionals have returned home with promises, inspiration, and a suitcase full of experiences. After years of attending global events, we can confidently state one undeniable truth: it's not the locations, the numbers, or the promises that make the difference. Extraordinary results only happen when you bring real value, a clear vision, and an impeccable strategy to every event. We’ve shared incredible moments, but what really counts is what we build moving forward. 🎯 Here are the 5 pillars that truly make a difference at a successful global event: 1️⃣ Organization: The skill of planning every detail, anticipating every challenge. 2️⃣ Preparation: Being ready not just to participate, but to contribute with innovation and strong ideas. 3️⃣ Image and Brand: It's not just about how you're perceived, but how you actively shape your market presence. 4️⃣ Data and Numbers: Strategic decisions must be driven by accurate analysis and a data-driven approach. 5️⃣ Follow-up: Relationships begin at events but grow over time through concrete, consistent actions. Each event is a launching platform, but success is only measured in the long term, when opportunities evolve into lasting partnerships and innovations that transform industries. Andrea Argirò and I, representing our outstanding team at Bliss Corporation that supported and motivated us from Italy, are more determined than ever to translate everything we learned and shared in Las Vegas into growth and innovation for the companies of our group: Bliss Moving & Logistics®, Bliss Pet Services ®, Bliss Relocation and all our global partners. 🌍 We’re here to make a difference, not just to participate. And this is only the beginning! 💥 #Innovation #Leadership #GlobalMobility #BLISSCorporation #BeyondTheEvent #SuccessMindset #LasVegasConventions

#MeetMetroCruise and help us welcome Michael DePietropaolo, our newest Operations Manager at MSS! With a lengthy career in San Francisco's events industry, including producing countless events at Pier 27 and serving as Event Venue Manager at Metro Events LLC, Michael brings a unique and valuable experience to our San Francisco team. Let’s hear more about Michael’s journey and vision for the future: Q: What were your first impressions of MSS and our Port of San Francisco location? A: The view from my office window overlooking the San Francisco Bay never gets old! Our team is a terrific, small, close-knit group, and my first impressions of MSS came in the form of a question that I asked myself: How lucky would I be to work here? Q: Can you share some of the key projects you’ve worked on since joining MSS? A: I continually examine our terminal operations to maximize efficiencies without compromising the Guest Experience. It's a constant work in progress. Whenever we change a passenger flow or check-in procedure, I always ask, "How can we make this even better?" Q: What achievements are you most proud of so far? A: Planning our irregular turn with Grand Princess at Pier 80 took months of effort and coordination with the city. Bringing together so many people and organizations was a massive task, but in the end, I couldn’t have been prouder of our team for pulling off such a monumental event. Q: How do you see your role evolving, and what impact do you hope to have on the company’s strategic initiatives? A: When I joined last October, I learned about the challenges and inefficiencies at the San Francisco terminal. I'm working to make it as systematic and organized as possible, ensuring passengers experience the smoothest and friendliest embarkation or debarkation in the world. As a high-profile city, I want our terminal to always live up to its reputation. Q: Can you share a personal philosophy that guides your work? A: As a manager, I believe in providing my employees with everything they need to be successful at their jobs—information, training, equipment, guidance, and leadership—so they can focus on providing excellent customer service and a superior terminal experience. Q: Can you share something personal that people would be surprised to learn about you? A: Growing up outside Philadelphia, I always knew I'd move to California to escape the winters. At 19, I bought a one-way ticket to San Francisco and have lived here ever since. Though my family wasn’t thrilled about my move, their support made it easier for me to stay and call this city home. Q: What advice would you give to new employees at MSS? A: Most of our ground agents have had long, successful careers and now work a few times a month to stay connected with colleagues and friends. Most importantly, because it's fun! Whether they prefer check-in, wheelchair pushing, or directional roles, we have a position for everyone and welcome them onboard! ⚓

Founder, The Wentworth Collective - Extraordinary business events. LinkedIn Top Live Event Voice. Mentor. Lover of life.
It all started with Go Karting and Pizza 🍕 Picture the story... Graduation approaching. Long car journey with Dad and then the question.... Dad: "So Lisa, what are you going to do when you leave uni?" Me: “I want to go back to my days of creating unique experiences like go-karting and pizza evenings!” You see, during my placement year in Italy (I am a modern languages major), I worked for a Tour Operator (Mark Warner) With the backdrop of the Amalfi Coast, my days were filled building the bridge between the locals and the incoming guests. I knew hotel guests craved authentic local experiences How could I make this happen? 💡 Bring together the wonderful people locals I met and curate and experience. Go Karting and Pizza was born 🚀 The magic of bringing people together and the joy of unique, authentic experiences lit a fire in me. I knew it was special. Everyone loved them. And my love for events was born. I’ve worked in events for 30 years, cutting my teeth with some of the best in corporate events and travel before starting The Wentworth Collective Ltd. The thing that pains me the most is to hear the words “it’s just a corporate event.” Events are a huge investment - of time and money. When I speak to a client, I share the magic that can happen when you pull the right people together, at the right time, with the right conditions to create an extraordinary experience. Just like I did in Southern Italy Sure, you can create just “another corporate event” but why not seize the opportunity to mark a moment in time and create an event that will transform your business’ and its culture. That’s what our events are here to do for your business. __________________ I’m Lisa, founder of The Wentworth Collective - we create extraordinary corporate events from concept to execution across the world. I write about events, the ups and downs of building a business, and the things that bring me joy. #events #corporateevents #businessevents #eventsinspo

Everyone knows industry speak can be overwhelming. It’s a whole other language entirely when that corporate lingo is taken to the French Riviera. In case you need a refresher, here’s a cheeky digest of what people might say while they’re at #CannesLions — and what they actually mean. #CannesLions2024

Knock, knock, the end of March is here! And with that, we are finishing up the first quarter of the year. 🤯 Being back at a normal number of days after February, we had more time for progress in our projects and internal work. We can feel that the high season of events is right in front of us as our working hours increase every week. It feels good being busy, and as we are getting closer to the events, to-dos are finalized and the events are taking shape more and more. What is our favorite color again, do you remember? 😉✅ Next to other events that we’ve managed this month, the absolute highlight was the Corporate Lodging Forum event of our client HRS Stay, Work & Pay. Katia and Laura traveled to Berlin to support with their expertise in overall event management on-site. From supplier management, over location details, to technical organization - our girls have exceeded the customer’s expectations once more with bravery. Whohoo!! 🎉 Thanks to content creator Nadja Groos, who accompanied the two, you can check out our favorite event of the month online. 🚀 The DB strikes, but that doesn’t stop us from traveling all over Germany 🚂: 👉 Laura represented PIRATEx as our female CEO and entrepreneur at Les Ateliers Lillet event in Hamburg, 👉 Laura and Frederic visited the Hamburg Games Conference, and 👉 the two Lauras and I met with Paula and Lina from ada to visit the venue Forum am Schlosspark in Ludwigsburg for the event ada Lovelace Festival in November. Last but not least, after deciding on a theme for this year's OMClub, we had the first strategic meetings to get the operational planning started. Guys, I don’t want to raise expectations too high already, but holy moly, we already have some promising outlooks. 🥳 And with that, the first quarter of the year comes to an end. Let’s kick off spring this weekend 🤞 and enjoy the happy Easter days! 🐰🌸 - Monthly recap by our project manager Ida - #behindthescenes #team #teamwork #events #nrw #köln #thursday #thursdayvibes #throwbackthursday #easter #eventagentur #recap #highlights #berlin #clf

Comeback time for true creative cultures? Last week I visited the iconic KesselsKramer office in Amsterdam to catch up with their creative partner Gijs van den Berg (who I hadn't seen since our paths crossed in Cannes Young Lions competition some 18 years ago!) Located in an old church, with its famous diving board to nowhere, this place reminded me why I got into this business in the first place. In fact, their book 2 Kilo of KesselsKramer was my big inspiration in my junior years. To my delight, the place still felt pretty whack (which was awesome). Despite what we like to tell ourselves, our industry as a whole has not been known for its creative spirit, craziness, and genuine fun in recent years. Reasons are plenty, hence companies with strong creative DNA like KesselsKramer's are an exception, not the rule. Rather than reminiscing 'the good old days', I'd like to ask what does it mean to build a creative community and culture today? One marked by raw energy, imagination, and the absence of fear. After all, the world may have changed, yet people's love for the good stuff, fresh work that isn't rationalised to death, a bit of artistry, anarchy and magic hasn't gone anywhere. ✅ I believe it takes a diverse network of ambitious people hungry for certain notoriety, more diverse than you can find a bus ride from any office. ✅ It takes an ethos that works both as an anchor as well as something to be famous for. ✅ It takes a spirit of experimenting and making things; the best people I've worked with have often been makers in their own right. ✅ And finally, even though I'm a big proponent of remote work, I'd also argue it takes a place too. Not a place to show up every day, but one that is an embodiment of the ethos. I'm sure we all have our own recipes. It's great to come across companies & collectives that inspire. In many ways, this visit reminded me of my motto I try to live by: "If it's not a hell yeah, it's a no." Because we need more 'hell yeah' in the world.
