This event highlighted our commitment to continuous improvement and person-centered support in employment services. Key Highlights from our PAG: - PAG members shared their personal experiences with Forrest Personnel and our employer partners. - Open dialogue revealed diverse perspectives on our services. - Emphasis on tailored approaches for individual employment paths. The PAG provides crucial and authentic feedback, ensuring the voice of lived experience informs our service delivery. By regularly engaging with our participants, we gain deeper insights into the employment journey from their perspective. An uninterested receptionist, filing her nails, made them wait in the foyer, which was decorated with coffee-stained tables and overflowing ashtrays. The minutes ticked by and nobody came to meet them. Furious at their treatment, the BR managers were about to storm out when Marsh and his team appeared. "That's how the public sees BR," Marsh told them. "Now let's see what we can do to put it right." Genius isn't it? It's the story of how Peter Marsh of ABM won the coveted British Rail account.
