Really important and continuing conversation regarding the impact of unrestricted funding being carried out in this series of reports. Unrestricted funding is not just crucial for the survival of organisations in the social sector but also for our ability - as funders - to live up to our own missions and deliver change as quickly as we can. Our job - if we take it seriously - is to help reimagine and create a world so beautiful that our very jobs become unnecessary. Unrestricted funding to organisations with the vision, passion, and focus to lead the way, a crucial tool to get us there.

Did you know that 1 in 7 people experience #foodinsecurity? Supporting and working alongside families in our local communities with quality nourishment and improved access, is a privilege and cherished responsibility. Watch how Elevance Health, associates and our foundation – on #GivingTuesday and every day - are putting a #wholehealth approach into action. Through multi-phased #foodasmedicine grants from our foundation to Feeding America, associate #volunteering, or partnering with communities to design inclusive strategies, we’re driving health forward. https://lnkd.in/g9HacbPS
Thank you to the more than 2,000 associates who showed up this fall to give back through our annual Elevance Health #Volunteer Days! Our volunteers sorted, packed and harvested 738,259 pounds of food at 105 events in 32 markets. And today on #GivingTuesday associates will have a chance to keep the momentum going through a one-day-only $2:$1 match when they give to our signature charities.
