Conduct market research and analysis of competitors and customer. Analyze data to identify sales opportunities. Investigate lost sales and customer accounts. Track, compare and interpret sales figures. Generate Marketing strategies to promote products, services, and the image of the company. Propose ideas for brochure, merchandising and all advertising material. Development of strategic Marketing strategies, to build customer loyalty. Carry out segmentations that allow establishing strategies more oriented to business niches. In coordination with Marketing, Sales Supervisor and sales force; develop the price study of the competition’s product on a monthly basis and recommends the pricing strategies for different products. Analyzes the positioning of the different brands in the market and recommends according to the Marketing plan, the positioning for the different products of the company. Study the packaging and labels of our products and the competition to suggest modern, creative and attractive packaging for the consumer. Review the quality and functionality of the different products on the market, as well as identify trends to be updated in advertising and promotions. With the Marketing team, helps to develop the advertising and promotion campaign for our company products, both in ATL and BTL. Lead the development of the sales forecast by product, with must come from sales force of each business unit. Monitor and ensure with the different headquarters the different monthly adjustments of said sales estimates. Ensure Marketing in the sales channel to improve product rotation, promoting and increasing sales through the planning and coordination of events and promotions. Develop the merchandising plan and carry out actions to improve traffic in the PDV. Create harmony and synergy between the brand strategy and the channel. Create a positive environment for the brand to develop a benefit for the channel. Profitability evaluation of promotional actions. Identifies target markets. 2. Analyze customer feedback / Consumer behavior and submit report on it time to time. 3. Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives. 4. Help manager to analyze sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis. 5. Keeping abreast of industry trends and compelling marketing campaigns and report to department head 6. Help in liaising and strengthening relationships with supply chain partners. 7. Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients. 8. Develop customer & shopper insights for assigned channel. Translate insights into business building opportunities & JTBD (jobs to be done) within specific customers/channels and report it to the marketing manager. 9. Help to build account/channel specific trade plans to align with total trade category plan to deliver category/brand goals. 10. Name trades spend opportunities and report it to the marketing manager in order to distribute funds for each sector while analyzing risks. 11. Work with field sales team to ensure excellence in in-store activation & prepare trade selling kits for OOH channel. 12. Compile and report real market information to the marketing manager to ensure sales team execute the most efficient JBP and trade spends. 13. Prepare promotion sell-out volume with attention to market intelligence information and submit it to the marketing manager for further analysis and approval. 14. Prepare input for brand and build incremental sales volume and report it to immediate supervisor. 15. Co-work with marketing manager in launch/ re-launch and consumer promotion activities: 16.
