To our loyal customers, carriers and friends in the industry - it comes with immense sadness that we inform you of the sudden passing of Richard Passeri. Many of you know him to be the co-founder of MODE Logistics, a family man and avid Essendon supporter. Many of you will remember him as a legend in the Australian Perishables Industry with his dedication to customers, his staff and the vendors that supported him. Richard's legacy will live on through our highly experienced team at Mode who will strive to provide the same level of service he always did. You will be missed Richard, but never forgotten. I Still cannot believe it, like many others today the news has shocked us all I Remember from the moment you started at IEC in late 80s as a young man. I knew you were going to make a mark in the industry. Richard you have made a name for yourself with companies you represented and you made. You leave a mark of a legend in our industry that you shall never be forgotten. R.I.P condolences to the immediate family and The Mode logistic Family. Richard, Looking back to your earliest days when you started with us at IEC circa 1990 I knew you would make your mark. You went on to make a name for yourself and establish a reputation within the forwarding industry for which those you’ve left behind can be very proud of.
