In an election year, we can see more plainly than ever that there seems to be two Americas. Two very distinctly different countries on not only political lines, but also ideological. And rather than bringing them together, every politician seems intent on driving the wedge further and further between countrymen. Identity politics and unhinged screaming — on both sides — has replaced civil discourse and reasoned debates. An increasingly hostile and polarized populace leads to a Balkanized country.

https://lnkd.in/eVUqjeDG The political change in Europe has begun! Today we lanched a new political group with Andrej Babis and Herbert Kickl. European people want three things: peace, order and development. All they get from the current Brussels elite is war, migration and stagnation. In this situation, it is our duty to enforce the will of the voters. Three political parties joined forces today: the strongest Austrian party, the strongest Czech party and the strongest Hungarian party. Our aim is to become the strongest right-wing group in European politics. #PatriotsforEurope 👌

Check, Mate! I've advocated for deconstructing European civilisation to Europeans themselves. The restructuring of European Civilisation is inevitable. For my own want for a mote peaceful world I want Europeans to peacefully deconstruct. However, if needs be, European civilisation will self destruct. European descendants in South Africa has a short window of opportunity. The restructuring of your place amongst us is upon you. Should you choose to insist on perpetuity the crimes of our ancestors, you will regret it. The is a narrow path for us to walk off into the sunset. Dr. Rupert cited the disbelief European descendants had when peace and reconciliation was offered. That opportunity passed. The option you have right now is simple. Enable the original inhabitants of this country to plan the next 39 years to 2063 (AU Agenda 2063). Empower communities to nurture the leaders that can actualise their aspirations. Facilitate the transition of power back to the inhabitants our ancestors found here to re-membe the natural ecology of the state. Once we've calibrate the natural environment to actulise a curated life exprience for all the world till well beyond 2100. We're doing it anyway. Choose to go with us and you won't be cast by the way side. Narrow path through. Time is of the essence. ngobuNtu Edward

Living up to U.S. rhetoric on maintaining the rules-based international order means reinforcing partners and institutions that allow all nations access to the East and South China Seas and contest Beijing’s efforts to consolidate these seas into “One China Sea.”

Post 1 of 2: Key Takeaways • The #EastChinaSea and #SouthChinaSea are distinct maritime spaces, despite geographic linkages. Both waters are contested, but in slightly different ways. • #China would like its neighbors to view the entirety of the East and South China Sea as its “near seas” thereby giving Beijing primacy in control and decision-making in those spaces. However, this view denies the sovereignty rights of other claimant countries. • Each country (#China, #Japan, the #Philippines, #Malaysia, etc.) employs distinct approaches to asserting its maritime rights. China-Taiwan tensions complicate maritime disputes further. • We do not use the term “gray zone” because it is too vague a concept to be useful. We focus on concrete actions by claimant countries and China’s attempts to justify their claims in both domestic law and via its approach to #UNCLOS. Our timeline offers a selective synopsis of key events from 1992 to the present for those readers new to the topic. To read and learn more, click on the many embedded links throughout the article!

Selection of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia & Kherson regions among "the most important" tasks of RU government in the "state strategy of cultural policy" is a confirmation of its implementation of russification & cultural assimilation of temporary occupied Ukrainian territories.

Post 2 of 2: Acknowledgements We would like to thank our professional networks for all that we’ve learned over the years. Organizations including CNA Corporation, The National Bureau of Asian Research, YCAPS, ISEAS - Yusof Ishak Institute (ISEAS), and Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS)'s Asia Maritime Transparency Initiative all provided great analysis and opportunities to discuss these topics. In 2010, when I first began examining the legal and maritime claims in these seas, I was overwhelmed. I am not a lawyer and did not understand all the nuances of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (#UNCLOS). To rectify this deficiency, I read voraciously and, in particular, want to note Robert Beckman and Peter Dutton’s contributions to maritime legal analysis, which has improved my knowledge of international maritime law immensely. Many others have also shaped my thinking including (but not limited to) Gregory Poling, John Bradford, Ian Storey, Shuxian Luo, Frances Yaping Wang, and Andrew Taffer. Thank you as well to CNA colleagues David M. Finkelstein, Maryanne Kivlehan-Wise, and John Schaus for comments on earlier versions and Brian Waidelich for being an awesome co-author. Sadly, we could not address all the many great topics these reviewers raised, but there are plenty of opportunities for further analysis. #EastChinaSea #SouthChinaSea #maritimedisputes #contestedwaters
