At Full Power, we are deeply committed to the personal growth and wellbeing of our employees. Over the past six weeks, we’ve been thrilled to participate in StoriBoard Wellness Mentor Course, which is rooted in the McKinsey Health Institute's drivers of health. The course focused on six key areas that employers can directly influence to improve team wellbeing: sleep, stress management, economic security, social interaction, mindset and beliefs, and productive activity. Our employees have completed self-paced online modules and participated in weekly webinars that provided valuable techniques and actionable strategies. One of the highlights was an in-person session with the Storiboard team; Natalie Markiewicz and Amy Shakleton. They focused on productive activities, which left us with tools we’re already applying to drive better outcomes. The interactive nature of the course made it both engaging and practical for our team. The course included an optional assessment, and while not mandatory, many employees are choosing to take the assessment to become Level 3 accredited Wellness Mentors. These Wellness Mentors will play a crucial role as internal influencers, shaping our culture and boosting both productivity and positivity across the business. As we approach the end of this course, we’re proud of our team’s dedication and excited about continuing to partner with StoriBoard on a long-term wellbeing programme tailored to the needs of our business. #EmployeeWellbeing #WorkplaceHealth #Leadership #WellnessMentors #FullPowerGrowth

We get asked a lot how we (Owl & Key) partner with organizations to support people's mental and holistic health, so I figured it would be worth sharing the basics. Why: Because we envision a world where people can be the best versions of themselves at work and in life. In fact, a recent study shared that (84%) of people polled at work desire to invest in their well-being this year, with (74%) saying it's MORE important than career advancement. (80%) of those surveyed said they are facing obstacles in order to pursue that desire - with most challenges connected to work. Making it difficult for people to engage with their health and prioritize positive well-being behaviors, especially those tied to their roles. What: Owl & Key lets businesses offer career and wellness coaching to employees as a company benefit. We curate intimate groups between 5-20 participants (with multiple cohorts happening at once), and host a 9-week experience using our proven frameworks backed by mental and holistic health experts, paired with expert level guides to facilitate exercises, integration, topics and conversations that range from work related to personal life experiences. These products go well beyond enabling people to understand how to use their strengths, it co-creates a roadmap for folks to become the most aligned and well versions of themselves. The Impact: ✅ 94% reported a greater sense of well-being ✅ 98% experienced an increase in purposeful productivity ✅ 89% reported higher levels of clarity and empowerment ✅ 88% were more satisfied with the quality of their relationship with the company. It's clear folks are looking for their employers to invest in them beyond the traditional ways it's been done. As a leader, as a company, your workforce sustainability (and overall health) matters more than ever. Now's the time to unlock growth through well-being first! #personaldevelopment #leadershipdevelopment #leadership #wellbeing #health #holistichealth #mentalhealth #burnout #professionaldevelopment #wellness #wellnessatwork

If you’re a business owner, manager or anyone who works with a team, small or big these are a few things your employees want you to know… The world is going through a lot right now, we could all do with a little more humanity and a lot less BS. If you want to be a better leader, with a more efficient team, turn towards these few tips: 1. Lead with Heart: Heart leadership is about being empathetic, showing humanity, and being authentic to build more trusting relationships. If the pandemic taught us anything, it’s that we’re all human and anyone, no matter their position, faces challenges in their work and personal lives. It’s ok if you don’t have all the answers, just let your employees see that you are a human, with a heart too. Chances are they’ll be more open and responsive to you, and in turn you’ll have healthier relationships with them. 2. Lead by Listening: Valuing what your employees have to say and how they feel will make them feel heard, valued and supported, and more likely to create and get on top of things. 3. Lead for Wellbeing: This means prioritizing employee wellbeing, and also your own. You can’t run a business efficiently if you’re running on empty, and neither can your employees. This can look like, investing in mental or emotional wellbeing support from an external professional in the field like myself. Offer your employees the chance to de-stress and pause from time to time with team yoga or one on one coaching. These are the top 3 things I have found to be useful to implement in the corporate space. 💡 New ideas often need time to grow and become popular. Do you agree? We are always happy to hear when someone says their CEO organized a session using the Corporate Athlete framework. This method takes a holistic approach to human performance, focusing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual capacities. ❓Did you know the first article about the Corporate Athlete approach, written by Tony Schwartz and Jim Loehr, EdD, was published in the Harvard Business Review in 2001? (Link to the article in the comments below) Yes, no typo! And it still feels new today. ❓❓Did you know that ancient Greeks and even earlier, the Chinese, used similar frameworks to improve health and performance? And today, we're just starting to embrace this in the Western world! It's amazing to see so many people becoming holistic health coaches and wanting to bring this knowledge to companies. ❓❓❓Are corporate systems ready for this? Do they know how to include this approach in their operations? We at Wellbeing Designers are creating more programs that link individual wellbeing with corporate systems. The original article talked about executive performance. This should be available to all employees, not just leaders. It should be inclusive. ⚡️Did this spark your interest? Want to know more? ✅ Send a message or comment "yes" to start a conversation about bringing this into your team and organization to create a sustainable performance and wellbeing culture! ____________________ Discover more about wellbeing by staying connected! Measurement is essential. Employ both 🔢 quantitative and 📊 qualitative methods to gain a comprehensive understanding. 📱 Wellbeing apps can provide valuable insights into various aspects of health and productivity. However, the most efficient approach is to engage directly with your team. 🗣️ Have face-to-face conversations, actively listen to their concerns and suggestions, and genuinely seek to understand what strategies are effective and what needs improvement. ❓ Do you agree? 💬 Share your thoughts below in the comments! #wellbeing #wellbeingatwork #wellbeingdesigners #workload #peoplesustainability #humansustainability #futureofwork #futureofwellbeing #leadership #humancentric
