As many of you know, my heart has been a part of the Ancient Secrets Foundation for over 4 years. We support over 350 beautiful children in orphanages in Nepal with housing, food, clothing, school supplies, etc. Over 50 of those little ones are now grown and turning 18, which by law they need to leave their orphan homes. As you can imagine, it is a big step, with no support, and they are nervous. Without our help & love now, they could end up in situations that are scary. We have created a project called “The Ancient Secrets Bridge Program” - to help support their transition into their next phase of life. In the next 3 months, we need to raise $100K to benefit these 55 young adults (for their housing, higher education, vocational training, supplies, etc). In return, once these young adults have training and stable income, they are very eager to ‘pay-it-forward’ to the other kids coming after them. As such, your single act of love today will send countless ripples into the future. We’ve already raised $15,000, and so we need only 850 people to donate at least $100 each to help us reach our goal. If you'd like to be a part of these kids' lives and future, you can learn more about them and donate here: https://lnkd.in/eNQ9Mf5T “For it is in giving that we receive.” ~ St. Francis of Assisi #ancientsecretsfoundation #givingisreceiving #charity #nonprofit #Nepal #orphansupport #weareone #unityconsciousness

🚀 Empowering Whānau Through Financial Education – A Call to Action! There's a significant demand within our whānau and wider community for genuine financial learning opportunities. At Kura Cares Charity, we see this eagerness and are committed to redirecting resources to where they can truly make a difference. Our programs are designed to be accessible and adaptable, ensuring that everyone, regardless of background or learning ability, can benefit. We’re not just about offering support; we’re about enabling self-sufficiency. 🔍 Why increase benefits when our whānau are ready to work? Why disable when we can enable? Teaching skills for financial independence is our priority. These movements from our Manurewa whānau hotaka class highlights the need for a shift in how we support our communities. Understanding the crucial role technology plays in education and development, Computers 4 Charity recently provided laptops to support Elevate Burundi to support their Computers 4 Burundi initiative. This programme is dedicated to bridging the digital divide by providing students and educators in Burundi with access to computers and digital literacy training. The laptops were awarded to two exceptional students from the University of Burundi through a competitive selection process. The Elevate Burundi team kindly shared that the donation of laptops has already made a substantial impact on the academic and personal development of the selected students who now have the tools necessary to engage in extensive research and practical projects, which were previously limited due to lack of access to technology. #burundi #bridgingthedigitaldivide #digitalaccess #technologyreuse #computers4burundi
