This week saw the start of the UK Talent Development Programme with an online short "Power" session on the topic of Values Based Leadership in partnership with Live And Learn Consultancy. This 2 hour collaborative session with colleagues from UK based businesses offered insight into the principles of Values Based Leadership. Ian Steel, Adaero MD attended the session and commented, "It really made me think about how well (or not) organisational values are communicated and what we can do to improve. It also gave me 4 pillars to consider when developing our values and encouraging alignment to those values. I found the values based leadership session really useful, reinforcing the impact that leaders can have by aligning and living their personal and professional values."
