People DON'T BUY on EMOTION! ❌ It's way more complex than that! If they bough on emotion, everyone who's happy and in need, would buy everything they need 🤣 But it doesn't make sense right? So they don't 😬 Now, what if... 'They feel happy and it makes sense, because X Solution, would help them with Z pain-point?' Then they are buying on a LOGICAL EMOTION, which is a PURE SALE ❤ They are happy (EMOTION) because (LOGIC)... The third component, is HONESTY. There are people who fake emotions, and are not mentally stable, therefore logic is not part of its system. Consumers buy on emotion & justify with logic. So why would you, as the sales rep, meet your customers with logic and then justify with emotion? Humans are emotional creatures.
