One powerful tool for this is the "5 Whys" technique. Here's how it works: 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺: Start by clearly articulating the issue at hand. What exactly is going wrong? 𝟭. 𝗔𝘀𝗸 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗜𝘁’s 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: The first "why" aims to uncover the immediate cause of the problem. 𝟮. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁?: The second "why" digs deeper, questioning the underlying reasons for the first cause. 𝟯. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁?: The third "why" further investigates the deeper layers of the issue, often revealing systemic problems. 𝟰.
