Helping businesses of all sizes create branded flexible packaging that demands attention in their market category.
We had a huge surge in smaller brands launching into the market with baked goods, baked snacks, cereals and even cookie dough during the pandemic. When people were flexing into different categories, making the most of gaps in the market while keeping the bills paid, there was plenty of movement in the market, and our services have always been set up for brands moving swiftly into retail-ready packaging. Smaller brands took advantage of small MOQs and multi-SKU printing to get their range of goodies onto the shelf fast, and the good news is - that is a standard offering for QLM Flexibles! Pivot into a new space, trial a new product or launch a fresh new brand with flexible packaging that is retail-ready and available with minimal fuss + competitive pricing. With the capability to assist smaller brands as well as cater for more established brand’s with larger demands, QLM Flexibles is the go-to for flexible packaging. 1300 792 782 | qlm@qlm.com.au https://lnkd.in/gU3cq6GY #FlexiblePackaging #StandUpPouches #BrandedPackaging #PackagingDesign #FoodPackaging #SupermarketBrands #BakedGoods

#happythursday Let's introduce some general concepts of packaging today. When it comes to packaging, there are three types to keep in mind - primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging. Primary packaging is the one that comes into direct contact with the product. Entrepreneurs also refer to it as consumer or retail packaging since its main purpose is to protect, preserve, contain, and inform the consumer. Some good examples are beverage bottles, snack pouches, cosmetic bottles, cosmetic jars, and cosmetic tubes. Secondary packaging is all about branding displays and logistical tools. As well as protecting and grouping individual units during storage. It is widely used in the beverage, food, and cosmetic sectors, where it helps to showcase primary packs on store shelves. Sometimes also referred to as grouped or display packaging, secondary packaging is intended to make the product look more appealing to potential buyers. In addition to its branding and organizational functions, secondary packaging can also be used to display multiple product units for sale. This type of packaging helps speed up restocking from store to shelf. Some good examples include retail-ready packaging, shelf-ready packaging, or product outer boxes. Tertiary packaging is used to ensure safe transportation when it comes to handling the transportation of a series of sale units or grouping anything into unit loads during transit. Appropriate tertiary packaging can help reduce the damage rate of products. Examples of tertiary packaging might include brown cardboard boxes, wood pallets, and shrink wrap. #PrimepacPackaging101 #custompackaging #cosmetic packaging #skincarepackaging #flexiblepackaging

Regional Key Account Manager at HL Display MENA (MBA Student) - We create innovative sustainable solutions for a better shopping experience
Let's make the most of the #BEVERAGE category! Rotoshelf™ & TurnLoader™ #fillfromback #fifo #Retail #hldisplay Efficient merchandising and refilling Thanks to a 180° rotating movement, all shelves of TurnLoader™ and RotoShelf™ move at once, allowing for quick restocking from the back; simply rotate, refill, rotate the section back, and chilled products are always automatically front-faced. Both rotating shelf solutions use space optimising gravity shelves with built-in dividers. TurnLoader™ shelves have straight edges for larger volume of products. Suitable for chillers, TurnLoader™ can be integrated into an existing fridge cabinet design. Alternatively, they can be retrofitted and installed into a new retail concept. RotoShelf™ has two columns of shelves with round edges which can be adjusted individually for maximum flexibility. Key benefits: · Automated front-facing for more efficient shelf management · Faster refilling with the ‘first in, first out’ principle · Flexible set-up allows for various can/bottle heights Proof points: · TurnLoader - Time in refilling and fronting is reduced > 50%. You bought them 25 lbs of bananas, didn't you? Just because it don't stink, dont mean it don't rot The packaging is meant to survive transit mainly and a little bit of time on the shelf And the same way people don't like ugly produce they don't like product in ugly packaging Someone somewhere said "this is too much product." Someone who outranked them said, "shut the hell up!" And now they both maybe out of jobs if not outta business You may not need more space You may not need new scan guns You may not need more employees Simply don't over order Would you rather sell your product - at 40% off, or - at 0% off Rotten, stinking inventory that you can't smell You can see it's impact with your own eyes All I see here is lost revenue Double whammy - you spent money to procure it - then can't generate revenue off it Stop I offer a complimentary 30-minute discussion to walk through what that looks like for you. Getting Warehouses MORE thruput using the SAME hours. #strategy #business #creativity #innovation #xpandurangeamotion

Insightful. One of the most difficult parts of B2B selling is the trickle down. Even the best products won’t sell if they aren’t being showcased appropriately! What are your thoughts on the best ways to achieve buy in from your clients? #B2B #Sales
"We stopped selling them because it didn't do well" -retailer I don't think people realize the power of mutual support. "Can I provide you with marketing tools?" No "Can I pay for a display?" No "How can I help you sell more oatmeal?" *no response* Then there are people like Janae Wohlgemuth at Emery, Autograph Collection Hotel in Minneapolis. Not gonna lie... it barely moved at first. They were placed on the retail shelves at Spyhouse Coffee Roasters I suggested that she try putting the oatmeal in her pasty case next to the register. "Sure!! We can try your suggestions" And guess what? They started FLYING....... We went from selling *maybe* 1 a day to about a dozen a day!! They started consistently buying over 240 units/mo... and that was 2+ years ago. If we've worked together, you know we're all about supporting our wholesale partners with merchandising tips, display sheets and more. If the feelings are not mutual, pls don't blame the small business for slow sales. 🙂

The Yogurt Tender has a fresh new look! Its new design simplifies saving time, improving presentation, and encouraging rotation even more effectively. Designed to maximize shelf space, kostklip's thin, low divider minimizes facing loss compared to other similar shelf management products designed for merchandising yogurt. This innovative design allows for the display of additional rows of products, ensuring optimal product arrangement and efficiency on store shelves. The adjustable width provides seven product positions to fit everything from 6 oz. cups to 32 oz. tubs, all while using a single SKU to simplify store purchasing and inventory management. Additionally, the simplified design prevents liquids from accumulating inside and effectively prevents buildup, making it easier to clean. Enhance your customer's experience by maintaining clean and organized shelves throughout the store. The Yogurt Tender is recommended for use with dairy tub products, including yogurt cups, sour cream, cottage cheese and ice cream tubs. Make the complex simple! Many successful innovations are born from meeting real customer needs. "How can we cut down on unnecessary handling and costs in the supply chain and make in-store display better – Ready to Sell?" The beverage tray solution, on pallets and dollies, is a prime example, combining logistics with merchandising to offer an efficient “one touch” journey from producer to consumer. Moreover, the trays and dollies are designed to integrate smoothly with fully automated packaging lines and warehouse systems, streamlining efficiency across the entire supply chain. Where also taking into account cost savings and sustainability, by minimizing the need of secondary packaging and offering years of lifecycle and to remain fully recyclable. "Zoom in the picture and recon the magic of the Combo tray.” One generic tray designed for three different bottle sizes in volume, shape and diameter. #khartwall #smartmoves #beverage #eurodolly #hybriddolly #logisticsolutions
