As we journey through the mobilizing support training, We are diving deep into mobilizing support at our training with West Africa Civil Society Institute (WACSI) Day 1 We visualized our organizations' dreams for constituents and identified the RICH Picture. We analyzed problems and solutions, creating a clear picture of our goals. Day 2 We learned about the importance of the mobilizing support process in solving the process, and stakeholder involvement for sustainable solutions. We discussed tactics, principles, and steps for effective mobilization support. Day 3 We delved into the importance of stakeholder analysis for successful projects, explored how to identify and engage with stakeholders at all levels, understanding their unique interests and potential impact. We also practiced active listening and effective questioning through a simulated scenario, learning valuable techniques for understanding and addressing stakeholder concerns.
