If any email looks suspicious take the time to think . Why would this person send an email of this manner. Call the person to see if they sent it to you. Many other things are offered that could help as well such as spam ware which can scan the mail to ensure its safe. Ultimately it is up to everyone to stay updated through training on things that can harm the network
