Our survey may change your mind. 👇 In collaboration with our client NAY a.s. we recently surveyed the market in Slovakia 🇸🇰 . It revealed that 57.5% of people over the age of 55 value two main benefits of shopping for appliances online: 🟢 The possibility of having the old appliance removed. 🟢 The option for installation of the new appliance, even if that means bringing it to the second floor first. Furthermore, over 56% of respondents in this age group are willing to order same-day delivery. A few more noteworthy statistics: - 54.7% of respondents cited transportation costs and time savings as the top benefits of buying white goods from an online store. - Up to 55.4% of respondents from all age groups expressed interest in a service guaranteeing delivery of appliances to the second floor and installation if available in their location. As a reaction to this trend, we will further scale up our services. Together with Nay, we will soon introduce professional delivery of large appliances to more Slovaks.
