External Examiners as catalysts for change… This article additionally features the feedback from our External Examiner and the absolutely integral role they play in curriculum and course development. I feel the work of External Examiners is not talked about enough… I am so grateful for Gillian Reid who was instrumental in the changes discussed in this paper- without her feedback followed by on-going support and dialogue surrounding diversifying and making clearer connections between key topics in inclusive practice some of these changes may not have happened… Let’s celebrate the positive work of External Examiners who can be the key catalysts for change! #EE #UWEBristol #Inclusivepractice #change #curriculumdesign #embracechange #ITT

🌟 Celebrating Women's History Month! 🌟 As we commemorate Women's History Month this March, let's reflect on the extraordinary achievements of women throughout history and honor their contributions to society. As a black woman myself, I stand with pride, recognizing the resilience, strength, and contributions of black women in shaping our world. This year, the theme for International Women's Day on March 8th, is #InspireInclusion. Imagine a world where diversity is celebrated, differences are embraced, and everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive. Together, we can create a more inclusive world where every voice is heard, and every woman has the opportunity to succeed. Let's use this month as a catalyst for change, to inspire inclusion, and to uplift women from all walks of life. Together, let's continue to break barriers, shatter stereotypes, and pave the way for a more equitable future. Happy Women's History Month! 💪🚀 #WomensHistoryMonth #InspireInclusion #Equality #diversity #inclusion
Black women continue to inspire, create their own lane, and make history. They deserve all the flowers. Happy #WomensHistoryMonth to all the amazing women in the world.

My question is, Is it really necessary to set aside a specific day to honor women? Or Do you genuinely think that Women's History can be commemorated on just one date? As everyone is aware that setting specific dates for these days is to provide focused occasions for honoring, raising awareness, and reflecting on the significance of these events or individuals. Do we really need that? Assigning a specific date to celebrate women's achievements can both highlight progress and risk trivializing ongoing struggles. While it offers a focal point for activism, it's crucial to recognize women's diverse experiences and advocate for equality every day. What's your opinion on this matter? #WomenEveryDay #BeyondOneDate #ContinuousCelebration #EqualityAlways #DiverseRecognition #InclusiveAppreciation #YearRoundEmpowerment #RecognizeDaily
