We’re excited and proud to announce our partnership with Stella for menopause, which provides personalised menopause support, advice, and care via an app. Almost a quarter of our colleagues are within the typical age range of experiencing menopausal or perimenopausal symptoms and these symptoms can be incredibly difficult to manage whilst at work. Our inclusive menopause policy advocates an open and honest culture where colleagues feel empowered and comfortable to talk about menopause, as well as encouraging our teams to think about adjustments they can make to support their colleagues. “We’re absolutely embracing menopause at Mountain Warehouse. Being able to launch the Stella for menopause app to Mountain Warehouse colleagues, in line with their inclusive menopause support policy was an incredible day. This is brilliant 👏 I work in Wokingham Store and have had my own journey with perimenopause and menopause visiting JRH - John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. I honestly thought I was losing my mind. The HRT journey is very different for each woman and with around 52 different symptoms it can be a really tough time for Women in the Workplace. I thankyou 💓
