Celebrate more victories! I used to think everyone likes celebrations. I mean who doesn't, right? Getting together, partying, clicking pictures, being ecstatic etc. But then I myself got to a point where I stopped celebrating. Asking, "Is this even worth celebrating?" hindered my mind. Because of this, I stopped seeing how far I had come as I was always looking for how far I had to go. Then I saw the same pattern around my people, my team and I realised that this has to change! This is when me & my colleague started the Party Planning Committee (PPC). We started celebrating birthdays, successful major deployments, team outings etc. People started celebrating too! Professional and Personal milestones. And now it has become a norm. We work, we celebrate. Simple. In this photo, our client team and we are celebrating one such much-awaiting victory. This was post a major, major requirement that involved multiple teams, stakeholders and management decisions. How often do you celebrate? Let me know in the comments 👇 Follow Gaurav Shirwalkar for more such content.

In the journey of professional growth, one of the most valuable assets isn't just your skill set but the people you surround yourself with. Choose to connect with individuals who will not only recognize your potential but also advocate for you in rooms filled with opportunities. Networking is more than just collecting contacts; it's about building relationships with people who will mention your name positively when you're not there. These advocates can open doors to new possibilities, helping your career to flourish. Who’s speaking up for you in your absence? Let’s cultivate connections that matter, not just for the sake of networking, but for building a supportive community that champions each other’s success.#Networking #CareerGrowth #Advocacy #ProfessionalDevelopment

These headlines are very comical. Not sure how you have a job after this forecast. When these headlines come out the only thing a long-term investor should be considering is how much stock do I want to be buying.
Two year anniversary this week. Congrats to all who celebrate 🎉

This year, 3/31 is both Easter Sunday and the end of Q1 A day in corporate life filled with deadlines and stress and a holiday celebrating sacrifice and love for others For those who celebrate, 3/31 Easter means: - joy & celebration - sacrifice for others & selflessness 3/31 End of Q1 could mean: - the last day to hit quarterly goals - a day of high stress Whether or not you celebrate Easter, I thought this was an interesting concept to reflect on. A positive mindset is everything. As we close out the quarter, I am focused on: 1) working hard to close out with strong results for my customers and colleagues 2) choosing patience over impatience, choosing to help others even if I “don’t have the time”, and choosing kindness 3) celebrating our wins!! What are your intentions heading into the final days of Q1? #corporatelife #eastersunday #q1 #positivemindset

The hardest win to celebrate is one that goes from a 75% probability, to 90%, to 95%, to 98%, to 99%... Here are 3 things I've seen work to keep these wins from landing with a vibes thud: 1) Draw a line in the sand and make it clear that THIS is when we celebrate 2) Provide something to look forward to and to mark the occasion when it happens (a great meal together, a day off, a bonus, etc.) 3) Pull up to 100k feet and repeatedly communicate the progress over the course of the engagement, "look how far we've come in the past two quarters" What have you seen work well?

Success is a choice, not a chance. Every day, we’re faced with opportunities to make decisions that can shape our path forward. It’s not about waiting for the perfect moment; it’s about creating it.
