The industry has rethought the way we deliver mental health support. Those rethinking the journey to get there are shaping the landscape for the future. Prior to launching Cass, I was peering through the lens of a patient, attempting to navigate our overly complex healthcare system. My experience created a desire to help others walking the same path, so I became a Peer Support Counselor. Through efforts to assist my peers, I noticed that most face too many barriers with too few resources to make it through the therapy journey. With the help of our telehealth partners, Cass is working to close those gaps for our communities’ most vulnerable populations by: -Providing a simple way to complete forms and screenings. -Boosting the contact rate for new patient enrollment coordinators. -Streamlining scheduling and registration. -24/7 support to patients leading up to treatment. -Connecting patients to valuable support services. What other gaps do you see leading to patient drop-off? What stage of the funnel is being impacted the most?
Your dedication to improving the therapy journey for patients is commendable, and it's great to see Cass taking proactive steps to address key gaps. One potential gap that could lead to patient drop-off is the lack of personalized treatment plans. Each patient is unique, and tailoring treatment plans to their specific needs can significantly enhance their engagement and motivation.
Very exciting for Cass to have projects that are at the forefront of healthcare technology. There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to patient journies. The customizable AI solution with deep-rooted safety guardrails is future-proofing our client's member offerings for the AI revolution.
Inspiring to see Cass addressing crucial gaps in patient care. One potential gap is post-treatment support. Can you share how Cass plans to ensure ongoing support for patients to prevent relapse or disengagement?
It's really exciting to see progress here
Mental health is definitely the flavour of the day
Great to see the personalized touch you're taking.
Transitioning to pre treatment could really benefit patient drop off. Cool to see how Cass addresses that!

6moI experienced similar hurdles when assisting individuals living in an SMI recovery center. Even those who were eager to get into therapy found the process leading up to it quite frustrating. The support staff was inundated with other tasks and had too many primary clients to shoulder the load. When helping those inside a personal care home treatment adherence and form completion are monitored by staff, but negating drop-off highly depends on each staff member's ability to handle the workload of living in a long-term in-patient facility. Allowing them to focus more on coping/living skills rather than form completion and treatment adherence will provide a much more impactful experience for the clients. Removing barriers to entry will only continue to push the field forward.
