Experienced Sales Recruiter | Connecting Top Sales Talent with Opportunities 🚀 | Helping Companies Build Winning Sales Teams
Lauren's post filled my bucket this week. Over the last 5 years, I've messaged over 7000 people through LinkedIn. Many of those messages are left unread, but a connection like the one made with Lauren Daugherty makes it all worthwhile. These pictures and her words are a testimony to the difference a recruiter can make with just one message. #recruiterlife #recruitment #womeninbusiness #networking #connectionmatters
*Appreciation Post* Cintas is the first company I've worked for that believes in the power of positive reinforcement! I have been overwhelmed this week, and it's only Wednesday, with the kind kudos, treats, and an FY23 Q4 Peak Award. Mollie Stopher, you changed my life when you reached out to me to join Cintas, I am eternally grateful! Thank you to my incredible Midwest team and fellow FAS recruiters for continuing to raise each other up! I am truly surrounded by greatness. This is what being a TEAM is all about, celebrating each other's wins! I am humbled by your kind words! If you are looking for a company that truly values their culture and employees, we should talk! I am currently hiring in 8 different states! #fasistheplacetobe #cintas #cintascareers #positivereinforcement #team Wil Ross | Joe Bower | Jason Gemmecke | Katelyn Schwaegerle | Katie Gough-Edwards | Brittany Oleson | Deanna Cooper | Kyle Kovach

Coaching for the Leaders
I have coached 749 leaders so far on elevating their Presence and find that it’s generally one of these 3 reasons why many mid-career level professionals are stuck when it comes to Presence: 1. Beliefs which helped them in their early career days are no longer serving them. They don’t know how to break the pattern. 2. They are not paying attention to at least one of the Cs of our 3Cs framework. 3. They experience a dip in their Presence under some 'trigger conditions', and they are not aware of it & how to change it. 🌟 Your Presence is always on stage. It’s time to gave a blockbuster performance. 🎉 🎯 Join me for one of the most loved programs of the year - Executive Presence Masterclass This May, give yourself just 2 hours to transform your Presence and get the opportunities and growth you’ve always wanted. EOS Implementer | Helping busy entrepreneurs get the best out of their people and increase the value of their business.
Here is an interesting take on people and hiring lessons from a straight shooting LinkedIn influencer. In this post he highlights how "successful owners have given their employees the framework on which to make decisions" and stresses the need to "give them the tools and stop making them guess". It is reflections like this that fuels my mission helping business owners implement a complete system (EOS), which develops a framework for leaders to make decisions, and empowers them with tools to succeed.
I buy real estate and start businesses. Owner of Somewhere.com, Bolt Storage, RE Cost Seg and more. I send a weekly email to 220K+ people.
I've hired over 1,000 people in my career. Here are the main lessons I have learned throughout the years.

Earlier this month I hit my 4 year anniversary with Mohawk Industries. The time has flown by and I have really enjoyed it so far. One thing that seems to stay true with recruiting from year to year is that it is a rollercoaster ride. The key is to have more ups than downs. Thanks to a great team and partners throughout the company, I think we have done that so far. On to the next 4. #MoreWithMohawk #enjoytheride #talentacquisition #recruiting

Truly one-of-a-kind service from a one-of-a-kind person.
Each month, we celebrate our work anniversaries through our Milestone Program, but rarely do we get to celebrate such a significant achievement as 30 years! On this day in 1994, our current CEO Keith Wolken hired Cecil Sloley. Since then, Cecil has managed countless transitions, accounts, programs, and employees at Service Management Systems. Though he has seen a lot of change over three decades, a few things remain the same – his embodiment of our 12 core values and “Whatever it Takes!” motto, his passion and commitment to seeing our company succeed, and his investment in his team and employees. We are honored to still have him as part of our Executive Leadership Team and wish him continued success throughout his career.
