Caprice Resources Limited (ASX:CRS) has executed a Land Access Agreement (LAA) with the Tjamu Tjamu Aboriginal Corporation, unlocking exploration potential across its 2,000 km² tenure in the underexplored West Arunta region, known for its emerging critical minerals prospectivity. Highlights ✅ LAA Secured: Agreement covers entire tenure, including 430 km² acquired from Rio Tinto. ✅ Exploration Ready: Heritage survey planning and geophysical surveys in motion. ✅ Strategic Position: Caprice is the third-largest ASX-listed explorer in the region, following key niobium and rare earth discoveries. "The LAA for Exploration is a key document for understanding each other’s responsibilities and maintaining respect for traditional heritage and culture when exploring on Kiwirrkurra lands," said CEO Luke Cox. Caprice is poised to make significant strides in uncovering the mineral wealth of this exciting and underexplored region. C3 Metals Inc. (TSXV: CCCM) has released a comprehensive update on its ongoing copper-gold exploration program in Jamaica, outlining its exploration objectives and recent discoveries. The company's exploration efforts have identified 16 porphyry, 40 epithermal, and multiple volcanic redbed copper prospects spanning over 30 kilometers. C3’s exploration objectives focus on discovering at least 1 million tonnes of contained copper equivalent, with various target size and grade criteria guiding the exploration process. Recently, surface exploration across the Bellas Gate and Arthurs Seat properties has revealed approximately 18 kilometers of continuous copper in soil geochemistry, along with over 800 rock chip samples exhibiting significant #copper content. Solis Minerals is pleased to announce an update on exploration activities at the Cinto Project in Peru. First pass surface grab samples from Cinto have reported assays up to 7.14% Cu with mineralisation mapped over 200m x 100m area. Solis is now looking to fast-track drill exploration at this location. Cinto is positioned on the boundary of regional scale transcurrent Incapuquio fault system which forms a structural corridor related to the massive Toquepala porphyry system owned by Grupo Mexico 10km to the north-west. The geochemical signature and base metal concentration ratios assayed are of very similar ranges to metals content in Toquepala indicating porphyry-style mineralisation. Commenting on the results, Executive Director, Matthew Boyes said: “We are very pleased to have commenced exploration activities at Cinto, its location and initial geochemical rock chip results are extremely compelling. I am most excited about the geochemical signature we are seeing which demonstrates that copper mineralisation is present with associated metals in very similar corresponding concentrations to the mineralisation present at the massive Toquepala deposit, potentially indicating that the mineralisation at surface is located in close proximity to a large porphyry system. “I am looking forward to commencing geophysical programmes in conjunction with a detailed mapping programme and applying for permits for the first pass drill programme. Our Peruvian assets have been significantly underexplored for too long. We now have a pipeline of very high-quality drill targets at Ilo Este and Chancho al Palo which are both being permitted for drilling. Cinto is now shaping up to be an equally significant high quality exploration target”. The full announcement can be read below. #copper #lithium #exploration

Exploration in NSW has been largely dominated by a focus on porphyry systems and is known for hosting Australia’s largest porphyry deposit at Cadia (50Moz Au, 9Mt Cu). While host to some large epithermal deposits, including Cowal (15Moz) and Bowden’s (400Moz), there has been comparatively little exploration for low sulphidation epithermal systems in the Lachlan Orogen. Actively reviving exploration for these systems, Legacy Minerals (ASX: LGM) Minerals controls three major projects, Black Range, Bauloora (under a 2023 JV with Newmont Corporation) and Drake located in the New England Orogen. Black Range and Bauloora are Devonian/Silurian (Palaeozoic) aged systems and have been largely overlooked because they are the ‘wrong aged rocks’ further complicated by overprinting mineralisation. Normally found in later geological settings, like PNG, Japan, and South America, there was a perception that preservation of an economic deposit was unlikely. However, the petrographic study of sinter lithology by Legacy Minerals for the first time on both projects was a technical breakthrough, confirming preservation and recognition of some of the world’s oldest preserved sinter related lithologies. While Bauloora and Black Range are relatively early in their exploration lifecycle, Drake is a more advanced, Permian aged system with similarities to other Pacific Rim carbonate base metal deposits. Legacy Minerals is aiming to reset the exploration narrative, rethinking the targeting and deploying a large scale and systematic approach that moves away from viewing it through a mining focused project development lens. This weeks talk with Christopher Byrne presents the system models used for mineralisation at the Bauloora Project, Black Range, and Drake. It will also provide an overview on how the Legacy Minerals exploration approach to a broad, systematic model drivel exploration program, has resulted in some significant technical breakthroughs across the projects.
