Alhamdulillah, I recently assisted my Malaysian client, currently residing in the Netherlands to rent out his beautiful house in Nilai Impian. Although we've never met in person, his trust in me motivated me to ensure the deal was successful. 5 key lessons I learned from this experience. 1. Personal Branding & Marketing My client found me through TikTok, where I share real estate content. If I hadn't been active online, he wouldn't have known about my services. By consistently sharing your career journey can open doors to new opportunities. 2. Understanding Terms & Conditions It's crucial to know your client's requirements and the urgency of their needs. Understanding their terms and conditions helps you negotiate effectively and find solutions that work for everyone. 3. Do Your Best & Be Humble Never overpromise. Just focus on delivering your best work. Orang kata jangan janji bulan bintang. Humility ensures that your work proceeds smoothly and builds credibility with your clients. 4. Trust Trust is vital in any deal. Building and maintaining trust through your actions and results is essential. Show your clients why they can rely on you. 5. Adaptability Working with clients remotely requires flexibility and good communication. Adapting to different time zones and finding effective ways to stay in touch are key to ensuring a smooth process. By focusing on these areas, we can build stronger client relationships and achieve successful outcomes, even without meeting in person.
