General Discussion About Job Pandemic 😡 🫵🏻Why candidates still applying for a jobs but rejected? First of all I want to be aware you don't underestimate anyone, the second thing is Give other people a chance because someone's taken a chance on you too so be kind and helpful. Most HR is unaware of the skills of HR but they consider themselves HR Specialists! They don't know the meaning of equivalent or equivalency that's why they just need exact skills or qualifications (what they learn from his unskilled and unqualified elders)! In old times there was no HR/Recruiters/Hiring Manager/Talent Acquisition Specialist etc. All handled by the General Manager, Executive Secretary or The Departments Manager because they have "Time Management" and "Multi-tasking" skills like me. They learn every skill and don't hesitate to experience in different fields for gaining general knowledge like I always do but nowadays, lazy and jealousy people always used to say how it's possible one man has many skills and expertise or They make compliments which is the evidence of his laziness, rudeness and jealousy that (you don't know anything that's why you write many skills)! If so called HRs have interest in philosophy then they know about this famous quote "Don't judge a book by its cover". They acknowledge that hiring qualified, unqualified or experienced is an easy task but hiring a multi-tasking skilled candidate is kind of an appreciable thing. Why Old is Gold? Example 1: Till 2010 there's no kind of nationalism on the peak in hiring matters and companies are successful, stable, employees happiness rates high, everyone gets jobs easily even as an assistant, people of different races work together and sustainability more than 20th Century! Example 2: In old times Electrical Engineers or Electric Technician complete all the tasks by himself but nowadays because of lack of skills, lack of qualified teachers, lack of knowledge and laziness theres many candidates complete one task together e.g. for fixing electricity issue example just one switch... there is 4 employees #1 Manager #2 Electrical Supervisor #3 Electrical Engineer #4 Electrical Engineering Specialist #5 Electrician #6 Meter Technician #7 Switch Technician #8 Helper 😂 I don't like to mention the companies names but that's kind of companies are known as engineering experts! They charge Governments and Private Sectors in millions of dollars but his work and quality like you done work with lack of budget but in reality the sum is higher than the quality they serve! Example 3: The Human Resource Department used an AI system for hiring which is totally unacceptable because AI can't be able to judge the candidate just by his CV even recruiters can't and they used AI which is not equivalent to humans! Just answer are you an expert at the time of placement at your first job! #business #hr #humanresources #hiring #jobless #humanity #jobpandemic #globalsustainability
