Infrastructure needs a more cohesive approach to major programmes now more than ever. Setting major programmes up for success requires embedding a culture of long-term thinking to transform performance, delivering enhanced outcomes and a lasting legacy.   To ensure the industry meets these ambitious goals, it needs to embed the right commercial model to drive the right behaviours throughout the supply chain.    Continuing with our ‘Transforming performance of major programmes’ series, my colleague Richard Wood, explains the value of upfront investment to enable commercial models to be integrated with the delivery model. He also shares examples of where different regions have moved away from traditional, fragmented commercial models, encouraging better collaboration, early supply chain involvement while delivering better value for money.   #transformingperformance #commercialmodels #majorprogrammes
