It appears my comment was deleted twice from the below post - so thought I'd share it here. Venue owners should listen as well as amplify; that's how we improve, take stock and evolve. The comment: The gig was great - no doubt. Foo's rocked! 🤘🎆 But there was a severe lack of operational efficiency at the gig venue. Examples: The bars were the worst I've experienced - no hyperbole. This is 2024, but multiple 40+ people queues across the stadium, concourses and on the pitch/standing area with dithering staff and stock issues. Then, the grim sight of single-use plastic cups covering the stadium floor (and I'm sure, the stadia seats) - fans kicking through rivers of clear plastic cups to get to exit points. Again, this is 2024 and there are many other sustainable options. Then the misery and danger of trying to get back to Stratford station from the stadium. If you missed the end of the gig, you might have stood a chance. If you stayed to the end like we did, it was a 2-hour kettling-session with little security and no policing. Appalling and at many times dangerous. I appreciate the hubris Graham Gilmore, but your team would benefit from an overhaul in operational efficiency. In almost 25 years of producing global events this was one of the worst operations I've witnessed as a fan. I'd be v happy to talk about solutions or strategic tactics over a cuppa if you do plan for London Stadium to hit London 2012 heights again, and be heralded for operational excellence as a viable international venue on the global circuit. Because again, Foo Fighters will have loved the atmosphere and the ticket sales - but every fan will feel let down by the venue. Sean Egan Candice Egan Amy Moqbel
The Worlds Stage rocked again . London Stadium we showed the world why we are simply the best at what we do. Foo Fighters have to be the best rock band in the world . Incredible 2 nights with 3 hour set both nights … Stratford rocked last week .

Love the originality of this partnership, quite unexpected and especially unique in Rugby. Two very different campaigns, with very similar marketing objectives, uniting with a common goal in a one-off partnership. 👨👨👧👦 - Target Audiences Both Quins and 20th Century Studios will be targeting the same audience to a) attend their flagship summer rugby match and b) watch the new Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes movie. 🗓️ - Campaign Timeline With Harlequins’ “Big Summer Kick Off” matchday taking place on Saturday 27th April, and 20th Century Studios’ release of Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes releasing on 9th May - both parties are speaking to the same audience at the same time - why not combine and double the efforts? 🤝🏼 - Brand Parallels The “Together Strong” slogan, combined with the movie storyline draws great parallels of those of a rugby team. Team cohesion, physicality and pride are just some of the consistent brand values that can be leveraged in market activation. 🤩 - Disruptive Content The digital marketing world is fiercely competitive and everybody is fighting for visibility. This partnership has the ability to disrupt and cut through if executed effectively. Hats off to all at Harlequins and 20th Century Studios for being brave enough to upset the status quo, I really hope this partnership works and becomes a case study for more brilliant industry crossovers in sports. 🃏🦍🎬 What do you think? 👇🏼

" Why Francis Ngannou Lost His Fight Against Anthony Joshua " In the high-stakes world of heavyweight boxing, the clash between Francis Ngannou and Anthony Joshua was one for the ages. The outcome, however, left many pondering: why did Ngannou, a formidable force in his own right, fall to Joshua? The answer lies not in strength or skill alone but in the nuanced strategies of the sweet science. Agility and Experience: Joshua, known for his agility, moved with a grace that belied his size. Unlike Tyson Fury, whose style is unorthodox, Joshua's agility stems from a classic English boxing pedigree. This experience in the ring, honed through countless matches on English soil, gave Joshua the edge in anticipating Ngannou's moves and countering effectively. Humility vs. Self-Confidence : Humility in the face of one's own abilities is a trait often overshadowed by the bravado that fighters display. Ngannou's confidence, while a key component of his psychological arsenal, tipped into excess, clouding his judgment at critical moments. Joshua, on the other hand, maintained a balance, respecting his opponent's power while trusting in his own training and instincts. The Showbiz Factor: In the world of combat sports, where spectacle sometimes overshadows substance, whispers of pre-arranged outcomes are not uncommon. While there's no concrete evidence to suggest such an arrangement in this bout, the very notion reminds us that in showbiz, indeed, anything is possible. Ngannou's loss was a confluence of factors: Joshua's strategic agility, a lapse in Ngannou's mental game, and the unpredictable nature of a sport that's as much entertainment as it is competition. As with any great drama, the audience is left to wonder what behind-the-scenes narratives may have influenced the final act.. #Boxing #HeavyweightBoxing #NgannouVsJoshua #FightNight #Knockout #ChampionMindset #BoxingLife #RingKings #PunchPower #BoxingWorld #CombatSports #BoxingFans #FightStrategy #BoxingGloves #TitleFight #BoxingHype #FighterSpirit #BoxingTraining #BoxingMatch #BoxingNews

Timeless legends come very rarely. But when they do, they inspire countless generations, for a long time to come. There is a simplicity and universality in their values, which is very endearing to the society. At SRT Sports, we have the honour of representing Sachin Tendulkar. Our endeavour is simple - to be the bridge and connect like-minded partners with Sachin Tendulkar. Link to the article: https://lnkd.in/d_YTnSVS

Watch & Play Live Pool. Win Free Products. Network with Competition. The CueZone™ Organizes, Connects, and Crowdfunds for the game of Billiards! Enjoy Pool with a Purpose! 🎱🎱 READY FOR ACTION? use The CueZone™.
HERE IS WHAT IS WRONG WITH BILLIARDS Nobody is using the real rules pool should be played with! !!! The Opponent Should ALWAYS CALL HIS OWN FOULS !!! I call foul on myself each and every time! And I say it loud enough for the other player to hear! Because I'm a Gentlemen and those were the Gentlemen's Rules Before People who had NO BUSINESS! Creating Rules, started making their own events, just to profit from the Draw of Players! At PlayZenPool we put the PLAYERS FIRST ALWAYS ! And if you don't call your own foul like a Gentlemen people can write bad reviews of you because we enforce a set of Rules that Benefit Everyone, ESPECIALLY THE PLAYERS! Look closely at how Jason Hunt is confused on the call asking Refs who don't care and looking around waiting for someone to help him out. When Jayson Shaw should have just called his own foul. It should be the responsibility of the Player, and that is why @PlayZenPool we expect all players to call their own fouls, and Players to have integrity... ...and if they don't then you can write a public review for all other players to read, and give them a 1-5 Star Rating. We need the right rules in place for this sport, and this event did not have them! We need to bring back the old Gentlemen Rules and the Professionalism if we ever wish to see Brands engage with the sport, and spectators too for that matter. And #PlayZenPool can do this by enabling peer-to-peer ranking so there our consequences for their actions. This saves Arguments, Time, and Face. https://lnkd.in/gzHnGK2i
