Ironically human beings too changed so much., since thousands of years to have straight vertebrae now finds it difficult to change and adapt. Be it eagle or Crabs., all follow this process. Whether it’s in sky or under water, change is universal. We would have heard of eagle in its 40th birthday doing 150 days of penance to take flight of rebirth! Same is being followed by crabs to let go of its carapace / exoskeleton and even sacrifice its suspendages / appendages to stay alive! Short term discomfort is always preferred over long term comfort! Either we act on change or change acts on us. Latter if it acts we become exchanged and become Chillar too!
