The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), along with the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi and the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), is showcasing new and smart ideas for healthcare at Arab Health 2024. This event is a big gathering of healthcare experts from around the world, where they share the latest technologies and ideas in healthcare. They call these ideas "Emirates Health" and it includes different projects to improve healthcare using technology and information. The goal is to make healthcare better and more flexible, following the country's plans. The Ministry's projects include using artificial intelligence (AI) to help in emergencies, managing the careers of healthcare workers with a digital platform, checking how much carbon hospitals produce, and finding diabetes early. They're also updating the Alhosn app, which helps with health information. Arab Health 2024 is from January 29 to February 1. At this event, companies from all over the world show their latest healthcare products and technologies. The UAE is known for using advanced technologies in healthcare, like artificial intelligence. It’s always an amazing experience of attending the most awaited Arab Health Conference at Dubai. Happy to share the 3A Healthcare Internationals participation in the recently concluded Arab Health last week. Pavilions of each country of the world packed with Exceptional Scientific programs and 4000 plus exhibitors. So invigorating and inspiring every year this conference raises its own bar. We have had back to back client meetings at the conference venue and the clients office. Had the opportunity to participate in the most talked topic of the world that is AI in Healthcare a Symposium organised by MOH Abudhabi. Where we had the opportunity to meet the Healthcare Leaders of GCC world along with Microsoft GCC Vice President and MD Amit Batra , Vineet Kumar VP Technology of M42 a major Healthcare IT giant of GCC world they have shared how AI is changing the dynamics of Healthcare and creating meaningful tools to benefit the Healthcare Professionals in various specialties to add value to Healthcare ecosystem and more importantly the patients who would be benefiting. Explored many innovative products in the Medtech space in GI Endoscopy, Cardiology, Structural Heart, Robotics and Neurovascular etc. I have had the opportunity to meet old colleagues,friends business partners, policy makers, DHA’s key personnel who have been so kind in sharing the latest information about ease of doing business. Met my ex J&J boss Badhri Iyengar VP APAC Microport and Many India and Middle East corporate hospital chains CXOs and Sr LT team. It’s with my own experience, I admit that even though we get 4 days it’s just not enough to really factor all of our planned meetings. We also had met some KOLs of UAE’s major Hospital groups in their respective Institutions. In lieu of this I missed meeting with Healthcare Worlds MD Steve Gardner and C.E.O Emma Sheldon MBE and keren priyadarshini of Microsoft Singapore Sr Leadership team. We will surely connect over a virtual meeting soon. All in all it was great and highly enriching experience. It’s all about how we prioritise our 2024 goals from the take aways from the same concluded Arab Health.
