As the first stop and ecosystem builder for disability-inclusive employment, we focus on a holistic approach to nurturing success for persons with disabilities in the workplace. We work closely with partners to provide customised and comprehensive programmes to support persons with disabilities, some of them include: • School to Work Programme: Customised training for both vocational and soft skills with employment opportunities. • Enabling Academy Courses: Specialised training in a variety of subjects such as workplace communication and social skills. • High Impact Retention and Employment (HIRE) Workshops: Training to foster inclusive mindset among employers and co-workers.
