Sometimes, inspiration strikes at the most unexpected moments. For Bonvie, it was a midnight snack that changed everything. Here's the story of how a late-night craving led to the birth of our company🌱
One night, I found myself rummaging through the kitchen, craving something delicious yet healthy. The usual options felt unsatisfying, and I realized there was a gap in the market for tasty, nutritious snacks. That’s when the idea for Bonvie was born.☘️💥
With a mission🚀 to create snacks that are both enjoyable and guilt-free, we embarked on a journey to develop innovative products that satisfy cravings without compromising on health. From that midnight moment, Bonvie has grown into a brand dedicated to offering unique and wholesome snacking experiences.💫✨
This moment of inspiration reminds us that great ideas can come from anywhere, even during a simple search for a midnight treat.🤩🔥

🌿 Thoughts on the Siete Family Foods Acquisition by PepsiCo 🌿
There has been significant discussion in the wellness community regarding PepsiCo's acquisition of Siete Family Foods, a brand celebrated for its clean, wholesome ingredients. Many holistic advocates are voicing concerns about the potential risks of "selling out." However, I feel it’s important to consider another perspective.
When Hu was acquired by Mondelēz International, there were worries about maintaining product integrity. Yet, Hu has successfully preserved its core values while expanding its reach, benefiting from Mondelēz's resources. This suggests that acquisitions can lead to growth without compromising a brand's identity.
We at Conscious Concierge will adopt a wait-and-see approach before taking a stance on this acquisition. It’s possible that PepsiCo will honor the values that make Siete Family Foods special while helping them reach a broader audience.
What are your thoughts on this acquisition? Do you see it as a potential positive change or a risk for the brand's identity? Share below! 🗣

Following the fascinating announcement last week that Mondelēz International and Lotus Bakeries (Biscoff) are partnering to launch new products, Robert Lawson, Managing Partner at Food Strategy Associates cast his view on what may lie ahead in Just Food.

I want to weigh in on the conversation surrounding PepsiCo’s $1.2B acquisition of Siete Family Foods.
I’ve seen lots of concerned people, worried about whether this move will impact the integrity of Siete’s products—their high standards for ingredients and their commitment to healthier, more authentic food. But I believe this acquisition should be seen as an opportunity; The Garza family has built something extraordinarily special, and now, with PepsiCo’s support, the Siete brand can extend its reach into more homes around the world.
In my view, this partnership is about amplifying Siete’s impact, not diluting it. PepsiCo is investing in what makes Siete great—its authentic mission and uncompromising approach to better-for-you foods.
Here’s something for us all to consider: How can we welcome the possibility of more healthy, high-quality products becoming widely available, while holding the industry accountable to keep those standards high? This acquisition isn’t just about growth; it’s about proving that authentic, healthy brands can scale while staying true to their mission.

PepsiCo's $1.2 billion acquisition of Siete Family Foods is the latest in a series of strategic moves by CPG giants, further solidifying an ongoing trend in the industry. This move isn't just about portfolio expansion—it's a clear indicator of where the industry is heading.
- Health is Wealth: Major players are recognizing that health-conscious, dietary-inclusive options are the future. Siete's grain-free, clean-label products are moving from niche to mainstream.
- A New Era of Flavor: Multicultural offerings are becoming essential to growth strategies. It’s not just about diversification; it’s about engaging with the evolving American palate.
- Scale vs. Authenticity: Successfully integrating Siete's unique brand into PepsiCo's broader framework will be essential for maintaining consumer trust.
- Innovation Acquisition: Big Food is increasingly buying innovation rather than building it, potentially reshaping R&D strategies across the industry.
This move could signal a new chapter for PepsiCo, aligning it more closely with consumer trends toward healthier, more inclusive offerings. As with similar industry acquisitions, the real test will be in execution—can they scale Siete's products without compromising quality and brand identity?
What's your take? Will we see more CPG giants following suit? And how might this reshape our grocery aisles in the coming years?

PepsiCo’s acquisition of Siete Foods marks a significant step in their strategy to expand into the growing market for authentic, clean-label foods. Siete, with its deep roots in Mexican-American heritage, has built a strong, loyal consumer base by offering delicious, simple, and gluten-free products. By joining forces with PepsiCo, Siete gains the resources and reach to further amplify its mission while staying true to its core values. This partnership will likely set a new standard for innovation in the snack and convenience food industries, blending cultural authenticity with global scale. It’s an exciting next chapter for both companies and for consumers who seek both authenticity and convenience in their food choices.
It's official! PepsiCo has acquired Siete Foods, a family company that brings authentic, Mexican-American flavors to the world. We're proud to introduce Siete Family Foods into our portfolio as we work to keep meeting the needs of consumers looking for more convenient and delicious foods with simple ingredients.
Siete is a unique brand, and we're committed to protecting the spirit and authenticity that make it so beloved by consumers. With PepsiCo’s support, Siete will have even greater reach, bringing more flavors – and more smiles – to new tables around the world.
We're thrilled to welcome the Siete family to our team and look forward to the exciting journey ahead! https://lnkd.in/gh5ectyR
Super sad to see, but it's understandable – at the end of the day, money will always win...
PepsiCo’s acquisition of Siete Foods marks another big shift in the natural foods industry. While it’s exciting to see a family-owned company like Siete gain access to greater resources, it’s also a reminder of how quickly values-driven brands can get swept up by large corporations. The challenge now is to see if Siete’s core values – health, authenticity, and family – will remain intact under new ownership.
Wishing the best to the Garza family and hoping that Siete's mission continues to thrive in this new chapter.
