A Single Resident Profile ✅ Our seniors have more stories and experiences than we could ever imagine... hence the reason I am creating the Babu (my Grandfather) Chronicles. When I talk to Directors of Health and Wellness and Lifestyle Directors, I find they are spending hours asking the sales and marketing team (or the residents/their families) for lifestyle information, clinical information, etc. because they do not have a single resident profile to view this information across teams, post-move-in. Having different systems for sales and wellness does not always allow these resident biographies, lifestyle details, and full conversations to flow to the clinical team or activities coordinator. That leaves them asking for these details again... during the most critical time of a resident's stay (the first 90 days). Having a comprehensive system, that natively flows (without relying on integrations) from sales to clinical/lifestyle allows for: - Your clinical team to hit the ground running (with meds, ADLs, etc.) - A tailored activities calendar - The elimination of manual data - Hours of time saved from repetitive communication - An amazing first impression (leading to referrals 📈) On a doctor's visit, we don't go from one doctor to the next and have the same questions asked (at least I hope not 😆). Thinking about adding to our Familyroom team: https://familyroom.health/ My 5 year old is the single most persistent human I've ever met. She can swindle me into 20 extra minutes at bedtime before I even realize what's happening. If she could read and spell, I'd let her be our sales lead. Unfortunately, we're not quite there yet. So...putting this out into the interwebs to see what kind of connections we can make. Not an official job rec, but looking for the right sales fit. When you are in a specialist clinical role, you’re likely in it for the long haul. It’s taken a lot of effort, substantial academic achievements, years of experience, and a significant amount of engagement to get there. Congratulations! These are difficult jobs, in a huge variety of settings, all requiring different levels of collaboration, negotiation, or engagement to keep improving your service, your practice and your patient care. Sometime however it seems like working relationships are just too hard to fathom out, and you wish you could just get on with your job. So, what’s missing?
