The adaptive nature of the MSizer Compact.
The MSizer Compact is designed with flexibility in mind to operate across a wide range of industries. With screen lengths of 1.3 meters and machine widths between 0.5 and 2 meters, it offers ideal configurations for many applications. The machine size is adaptable, depending on the type of infeed material, desired grain sizes, and process-related feed rates.
Its multideck construction makes this model significantly smaller than conventional screening machines, and still it’s one of the most powerful and versatile screening machine following the Sizer principle. It combines economic and operational efficiency with a new screen deck concept that features a modified angle of inclination. This design, along with the fast screen-changing mechanism, reduces screen replacement times considerably.
The elliptic motion of the screen decks in the MSizer Compact’s newly designed housing allows for an almost vertical downward flow of fine grains efficiently screening coarse. This movement prevents clogging. The larger mesh sizes, compared to conventional flat screens, promote superior grading quality and counteract material layer formation and clogging, resulting in higher throughput and extended service life of the screen linings.
These features make the MSizer Compact an adaptable and efficient solution for industries ranging from mining and recycling to bulk material processing and more.
