Remember the similar "sick"ness situation at Vistara with pilots a few months ago? I would say #airindia has a Pepsi versus Coke challenge. It's actually more like a jigsaw puzzle than which one is "sweeter" Vistara integrating into Air India - cultural & brand issues! Air India Express & Air Asia - which have already integrated, are now facing "similar" issues! The reason I would call this a Pepsi versus Coke problem, 📌 If both of them merged, the brand would remain Coke, definitely (Same with Air India & Vistara) 📌 While they sell sugar filled fizzy drinks, their culture is very very different. (similar maybe to Air Asia India & Air India Express or maybe Air India & Vistara as well) 📌 Just also imagine what would happen if you try and combine Pepsi and Coke into one product - and it was called "COKSI" hmmmmmm...... would die-hard Coke or Pepsi fans like that?
