Former Client Win! The point of a short term program should be to set the client up for success after the fact! The results you can get will be capped by the amount of time no matter how good or “optimal” the program is. Teach people how to be self sufficient and independent with their fitness as best as you can. There’s always a benefit to having a coach but you shouldn’t always NEED one.
