As a part of the first stage of the hackathon program of Kairos School Of Business, organised by Omprakash Asnani ↗️ , Prabhat Singh and the team, we were asked to define the brand, its USP and the TAM and SAM of the same! After intensive research our team came to the following conclusion: 🌟 The fitness landscape is evolving, and Muscle Build is leading the charge! This brand’s pure, FSSAI-approved supplements cater perfectly to the new-age fitness enthusiasts, marking an impressive 25% increase in market share. 🔍 Here’s How They’re Making Waves: 1. Local Insight & Purity: Muscle Build understands the Indian market, ensuring top-notch purity in products. 2. Affordable Digital Strategy: Smart pricing combined with a robust digital presence maximizes visibility. 3. Influencer Power: Harnessing the influence of celebrities and fitness icons, they’ve built a strong, engaged community. 📈 Looking ahead, 2024 seems promising for Muscle Build. Their approach is a masterclass in market understanding, digital savviness, and community building in the fitness world. Good vision is a key factor for living a healthy, happy life.

2024 has been a whirlwind!! In just under three months these are the stats: - 1 Program Increment Planning (preparation of the next 3 months of product development); - 1 Awesome ML algorithm to analyze Alzheimer's disease risk of progression; - 1 Deep learning model for melanoma detection; - 2 articles focused on dataset bias (1 written + 1 contribution); - 4 masterclasses about Nanotechnology and Quantum Technologies; - 2x as jury; - 3x part of a panel discussion; - Iniciative in Cape Verde; - 1 Award 🥈 And in between, thousands of code lines and hundreds of User Stories written 👩💻 Maybe this is not a big deal, but I used to have a pretty chill life 🦥😂 Balancing this chaos of full-time work + studies + NGO + sanity 😅 is a challenge. You need a lot of resilience, discipline and love for what you do. Coping mechanism on how to deal with stress, a good team, and a solid support system. Surround yourself with people that give you energy, not that drain you💪 The research and share of scientific and technological knowledge is my ultimate passion 🤓, besides surfing 🏄🏻♀️, so this keeps me going, it feeds my soul. And trust me when I say, that often you receive way more, than what you give 💚 A big thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey so far. Let's keep the momentum going!! On 8th November, 2023, Rotary club of Madras Mylapore Uptown collaborated with Rotary Club of Madras East to donate AI powered smart vision glasses to 10 visually impaired beneficiaries. More than 9 million people in India are blind and an additional 64 million are partially blind. Poverty is often a determining and exacerbating factor in the prevalence of disabling conditions like visual impairment. The Smart Vision Device is an assistive wearable device specifically designed for people with blindness and uncorrectable visually impairment. A brainchild of Mr.Ramu Muthangi - an IIT Kanpur Alumni and an Ex-Defence Officer, the main features on this device are:  Facial Recognition and people identification within 2 mtrs range, their approximate age,  It can also recognize the expressions on people’s faces when in conversation.  Can read (Digital text, printed text and handwritten script) and interpret in English and 73 regional languages  Identify things around the person  Warn of obstacles in front and around when in navigation mode  Can read road signs during navigation Rotary Club of Madras East (RCME) initiated Project Drishti and in collaboration with the experts in the field of vision care Aravind Eye Care System to empower the visually challenged. The team at Smart Health Global (SHG), ensures every effort is made to make the device affordable. This project has also received attention across Rotary in India and is being taken up for distribution to the visually challenged in their respective areas. The product has undergone upgrades and technology has made it possible to ensure all the beneficiaries of the past also benefit from the upgrades. The feedback from the 1000 odd beneficiaries so far has been heart-warming to note and the impact humongous, to a community that has not been benefitted from technology at such a personal level before.

🎉 Happy New Year, LinkedIn fam! 🎉 As we bid farewell to 2023 and welcome the promising horizon of 2024, I am thrilled to share the incredible journey of the past year I am truly grateful for! 🤝 With pd meds, we started this year with no interest in our product and decided on a bold pivot. We divided this product into two separate ones, Notos and Boreas, finally noticed by a wider audition. We were awarded within James Dyson Award, Warsaw Booster, Mazovian Startup by Youth Business Poland (YBP) and the contests by Politechnika Warszawska. We were also enrolled on the ĀRYA Foundry accelerator and passed to the second stage of Mother and Child Startup Challenge. Finally, we were really on fire! 🔥Media started to talk about and with us. We visited TVN Warner Bros. Discovery and Telewizja Polska S.A., Polskie Radio S.A., Radio Kolor 103 FM, Radio TOK FM, Radio ESKA, and Radio Aktywne. Medycyna Praktyczna, Spider's Web, Rzeczpospolita, WPROST, Wyborcza.pl, Perspektywy and over 50 other portals wrote about us. We presented our business during MEDICA - Leading International Trade Fair and conferences. Above all, we established cooperation with The Center for Pulmonary Diseases. All these changes happened just in a year and gave us a strong boost of motivation! 🚀 And what is most important, we still remain friends and have fun working together. 🔬 It was also a truly great year in research - I started it with an exchange to Neurorehabilitation Robotics and Engineering at Aalborg University, where I met amazing people and learned how to develop rehabilitation technologies. While there, I was informed that the Polish-Turkish project on controlling the exoskeleton of lower extremity digital-twin submitted by Łukasiewicz - PIAP was awarded Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju and TÜBİTAK grants. It started an amazing engineering journey with Bartın Üniversitesi, ELMIKO Biosignals sp. z o.o. and 3LS, which proved to me that there is a huge potential for my biorobotics work. Then, I came back to Aalborg, visited numerous conferences, and submitted a few more grant applications. Also, my work over my PhD got to the stage of experiments on humans, for which I got approval. However, the icing on the cake was being awarded the LIDER research project by NCBR. From February, with Łukasiewicz-PIAP and the strong team formed by scientists from four different institutions, we will push intelligent control and design of exoskeletons forward. 🌟 This year also brought an amazing change in my life - engagement. I try to keep my LinkedIn rather professional, but most of my professional successes come only along with supporting people and personal happiness. The ones presented above are no different. I wish each and every one of you a year filled with joy, success, and endless possibilities. May 2024 be the chapter where dreams turn into reality. Thank you for the journey my dear friends This month, after 40 years in the Hi-Tech Industry and working for four of the largest companies in the world I’m officially retiring . I have no mix feelings, I was working for a long time to get to this day. This industry gave me everything I have, but I also gave back all I had : my commitment, my passion, my youth, the time of my family .. so I believe we are even, I don’t owe anything, nothing is owed to me. It’s time to focus my family in full. To the ones that ever met me, know that you touched my life in some way. I never take a person for granted. If there is one thing that I take with me after these 40 years, is the people I met all over the world. I hope to have had a positive impact on many of you, even knowing that I’m a though person, I always acted in good faith to protect my company, my teams and being fair. I tried to build my career on transparency and honesty but those principles are often not welcomed in highly political organizations. Never allow politics to silence you. I’m proof that you can succeed anyway. If I can pass on a legacy , it could be: never give up to your values, never surrender the right actions to the mediocrity of bureaucracy or to the criticism of others. You can succeed being you, respectfully of course. When you make a mistake, take responsibility, correct course and keep going. Corporate America needs people that can challenge the status quo to succeed. Be that people. I tell you: the day you go, you will face your own judgment. Better do things to be proud of yourself. In 40 years, I was able to drive a lot of innovation to our communities (as you can imagine). People like me, need to leave room for the new generation to deploy the next waves of innovation. I can’t even imagine what they will be able to witness and do in the next 20-30 years. I wish I could be here that long :-) A lot of the future challenges will need extremely courageous leaders. I trust most of the people I knew in my career are or can be those leaders. Be happy, be confident, be transparent, be yourself. You are the ONLY asset any company really has. Make it worth.
