Can you imagine living in constant financial worry due to a lack of support and understanding from the financial system?  For over a quarter of neurodiverse individuals, this is a daily reality.  With obstacles in securing credits, and high debt levels, we cannot afford to turn a blind eye. This is a societal challenge and demands immediate attention.  At Nordens, we're proud to champion inclusivity in finance. I firmly believe that entrepreneurs aren't in the business of making a profit but rather solving a problem. Of course, a business has to be profitable if it wants to survive, but the reason for its existence should be to serve as a solution. Moreover, it must be a sustainable solution, not just a Band-Aid thrown onto a third-degree burn. Those of us in the entrepreneurial sphere are responsible for serving as catalysts for meaningful and positive change.
