From 50 foreign employees there are now about 700 and foreign talent has become an essential part of the company's development in the Czech Republic. 📶 A large multinational company with an office in the Czech Republic, was dealing with a dysfunctional global mobility process... ⏳ Which was unpredictable and in the better cases lasted "only 6 months" in the worse ones even 1 year. ❌ Because of these bad experiences, hiring managers didn't even want to hear about foreign talent. 👉 We delivered a project to the client, which we then used to turn foreign talent mobility into a predictable process that in 90% of cases takes no longer than 4 months. #globalmobility #successstory #multinational #company #foreigntalent
