Escalation of Force:** - CANSOFCOM personnel are trained to employ a graduated escalation of force, starting with verbal warnings, visual signals, and non-lethal measures before resorting to lethal force as a last resort. - When faced with non-compliant or potentially threatening individuals, personnel should attempt to de-escalate the situation through effective communication and non-lethal means whenever possible. **5.
