I find the point on Location-Based #Salary very sad. It has nothing to do with ensuring #fairness . All it does is keep exploiting people who are less fortunate and live in economically struggling parts of the world not to mention reinforcing the shift of labour overseas. Do we really want all the foreigners who help countries like Germany fill all the #vaccancies to go back home? And if you are suddenly forced to move abroad for personal reasons does it mean that your work is suddenly worth less? The only benefactor here are the companies who resort to such practices only to increase their profit. Why not let everyone decide on their own where they wish to live and offer them fair compensation based on the worth they bring to the company - in the spirit of flexibility, individuality and personal choice as mentioned on one of the previous slides (!) 😀

Is your LSA strategy aligned with employee needs? Let’s see what the data says 🔦 Forma's 2024 LSA benchmark report is packed with insights that are turning heads in the world of employee benefits. Here’s what we’re looking at ⤵️ $970 per employee: That's the median annual funding companies are investing in All-inclusive Lifestyle Spending Accounts (LSAs). It's a significant number, but is it enough? 88% utilization rate: This high engagement level from employees is great, but it begs the question—what should be covered to maximize employee satisfaction and productivity? 63% adoption rate: A solid majority of Forma customers have now embraced the All-inclusive LSA, highlighting a shift towards more flexible benefits. As we dive deeper into integrating mental, social, physical, and financial wellness into one comprehensive package, the potential seems limitless. Yet, the question remains: Are employers doing it right? #LSA #FlexibleBenefits #FormaInsights #Forma

I get asked all the time what employers are putting into an LSA. The all-encompassing LSA or the LSA that covers emotional, financial, physical and mental wellness is most common around the globe. You can see our data showing the median funding is $970 annually. This can really add up of course when employers have thousands of employees, but what you don't see is the consolidation of lower utilized benefits, the ability to reach every type of employee from every generation, and the creating "wellness" on a level that equates to better employee lives and stronger employer brand recognition that is unmatched. I think that one of the most powerful ways Forma is used is to take a burden off of an employee whether that be covering their utility bill, covering their pet food for the month, paying for that Martha Stewart Masterclass... okay maybe that's just me. But ONE LESS thing, is SO much more than one less thing. Does that make sense? It does to me 😂
