Where my LinkedIn folx at?? CHIME IN!! So here's the backstory... I was contracted by (unnamed org) to present at a conference on the topic of Anti-Oppressive Practices in the provision of housing services. Less than 2 weeks out my material has been reviewed and I've been told that NONE of the content that I've included is applicable. These items are as follows: (1)microaggressions and saviorism in service provision, (2) oppressive practices in oversight of housing and (3)policies and practices used as gatekeeping I want to hear from yall... what do YOU, the PEOPLE, REALLY think... would love to get your examples of how you see these issues coming up for folx who are trying to obtain housing!

Through freedom of information legislation, The Fur-Bearers has accessed data on British Columbia’s top ten deadliest communities for black bears. The locations of over 50% of the black bears killed were not released in this data. We're calling for change, and for the BC COS to begin publishing bear kill statistics monthly, by location, for the public to see. With this data, The Fur-Bearers’ goal is to help communities reduce negative encounters, and ultimately deaths of black bears. https://buff.ly/4eXAtlI

My investigative research continues. Here is a break-down of my sample set from a 2 million record download. This is a continuation of my prior posts this week. The graphic shows the relationships of a Resident Agent and multiple entities associated with said name. There are multiple principle and resident agent office addresses, and multiple mailing addresses for principle and registered agent. Any entities shown with blue, light orange, and green branches of graphic and shown delinquent next to an entities name means action was taken by the Colorado SOS for failure to file required annual reports. The entities shown with the purple, red, and orange branches are delinquent but no action has been taken by the Colorado SOS yet. You will see the majority are nonprofits. The majority were formed and then subsequently had action taken by the Colorado SOS. There is one interesting entity were a name change was filed, blue branch line. More to come...why? Take a moment to read about this tragic story of a very close friend of mine. His name is Winston Walters. Winston was just 19. Trusting. Naïve. He believed in the system of justice. Convicted and sentenced to 92 years at the age of 19. We have all heard about these type of cases. Wrongfully convicted. If there was ever a poster child for this kind of an event, well here you have it. There was a crime. There was a suspect identified. Identified by the victims. A year later, that ID was recanted. The correct perpetrator was identified. Evidence supports that identification. Clear motive supports that accusation. Corroborating evidence supports that identification. The prime suspect was charged. The prime suspect was released all charges dropped.  Facts. There are so many things wrong with this case. In my humble opinion, much was manufactured in order to fit a narrative that never happened. Correct perpetrator was identified Winston Walters does not know, or has ever known the victims. He wasn't there. No evidence connecting Walters to the crime scene DNA evidence gathered at the scene does NOT include Walters. Walters is a Comanche Native. The crime occurred on Comanche territory. The State of Oklahoma lacked jurisdiction to prosecute this crime. My opinion only, the reason this was not before the Federal Courts, as it should have been, is because it would have never met the burden of proof. Major Crimes Act of 1885 Many standing treaties between the United States and the Comanche Nation Two or more plea deals in exchange for fabricated testimony in exchange for lessor or dropping charges in other cases. None of the testimony can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Simply, the convicts, said so. Walters confirmed alibi was promptly rejected by the court. The judge in this matter had a personal history of this type of crime that personally affected him. Yet, he did not recuse himself in the interest of unbiased justice. Many who worked in the background of this case were earlier or later accused of actions that would call into question their ability to perform their duties unsullied. Exculpatory evidence was withheld from the jury. US Supreme Court rulings that underline the lack of jurisdiction regarding crimes and prosecution on native land. Many, many other issues Call to Action. There is no doubt that Walters has been falsely convicted. No doubt that his 8th and 14th Amendments to the United States Constitution. It is the mission of this project to obtain a civil rights attorney to get this case overturned, new trial ordered, acquittal, or motion to vacate order.
