'Food is Medicine' Quantity and Quality - less can be more! Let food be thy medicine and for prevention is better than cure (not that a cure can exist in a system). The 'cure' is an example of wishful thinking which confounds the principle underlying Science - of rationality given what we now (and have known for years!) know. The entire body either collapses if we age badly or strengthens if we age well - where the Ageing reversal community have compiled a list of anti-ageing interventions. Most notably restriction of a certain profile of foods and the development of mitochondria within this metabolic context.
