10moThis is a great reminder of how complex culture is. I would say that “vision statement” is above the water level…along with “stated values and behaviours” but below the line there should definitely be “leaders’ behaviours”, “leadership team cohesion”, “meeting facilitation skills of leaders”, “coaching skills and behavioural focus”, “growth mindset behaviours”.
