Clocking the K's for R U OK? This July, myself and the team at Pacific National will be walking/running/cycling/wheeling to raise awareness about the importance of staying connected to those around us. According to ABS statistics, about 8 people take their lives every day in Australia and sadly, for every death, it’s estimated 30 people will attempt suicide. Our goal is to support R U OK? and share the load in taking the time to ask those around us “are you ok?”. Imagine a world where we are all better protected from the risk of suicide. 3 reasons I’m excited today... 1) I’m co-facilitating a face-to-face creative methods workshop with the wonderful Dr Jen Dyer 2) We’re launching our new pilot supporting 5 grassroots charities to use creative methods to understand and demonstrate impact, funded by Lightbulb Trust 3) I’ve been working on a train (love a train!), which is a great place for my #adhd brain productivity. We are programmed right when we leave the womb🤰🏽 🚨Once we are out of the womb, we are immediately conditioned by our parents and then later by society on how we must live life. And every single human gets put through some sort of conditioning. 🚨But what if that programming wasn’t fulfilling us? What if 35 years later we realize this isn’t the life I expected? ❤️WE CAN UNLEARN ✅We have the power to assess are these beliefs that I have my beliefs or are they my parents or society’s? ✅ Are my thoughts true? Do I have enough data collection or do I need to keep gathering data points to have more expanded view points? ❤️Our goal should be to get back to source. ✅We get so hardwired thinking and acting a certain way because that’s what have been taught since the day we were born. ✅In a way we become robots and our thought process is very linear, but that has to change in order for us to thrive. ✅We need to allow our brains to expand and to get curious. Is there another way of doing life? 🤔 Remember how curious we were when we were kids? Did everyone just come up with the answers for us on how to live life? ❤️The future is going is going to require us to get out of 3D thinking to 5D thinking. ❤️5D thinking involves a higher consciousness (healed and in the present) and awareness of interconnectedness and multidimensional perspectives, while 3D thinking is linear and focused on physical reality and tangible outcomes.
